Today, I’m reviewing another new launch- L’oreal Blushing Ambition infallible pro matte gloss! Surprisingly, it’s texture is very different from that of Bare attraction in the same range.

My experience with L’oreal Blushing Ambition infallible pro matte gloss:
L’oreal Blushing Ambition infallible pro matte gloss comes in a clear, liquid lipstick tube with a matte black twist-off cap. The twist-off cap comes with an attached lip applicator that features a fuzzy sponge tip with a hole in the center to avoid product wastage. I don’t like the applicator because it bends a little too much and prevents me from getting an accurate application. I find it difficult tracing the edge of my lips.
As much as I liked Bare attraction, I cannot get myself to like this at all. I will start with the difficult-to-work texture. This shade has a thicker and drier consistency which makes it difficult to spread evenly. It also goes on patchy and clings to every dry spot on my lips. It is important to exfoliate well before using this shade or else it can draw attention to any dry spots on your lips.
While it did covers my lips nicely in two coats, I didn’t like that anymore coat than that and it will look cakey. Not much buildable in my opinion.
L’oreal Blushing Ambition infallible pro matte gloss is a warm bright pink with slightly blue undertones which you can use for your lips as well as face as a blush. I thought it would be a daily wear pink lipstick for Indian skin tones but on my NC30 skin tone, it definitely isn’t.
Sadly, I find even the staying power to be poor. Just with drinks, it moves a lot. Since the shade Blushing Ambition leaves a soft stain behind, the fading isn’t much noticeable. But with snacks, the formula tends to break down and look flakey.
I also don’t like the constant heavy feeling I get on my lips when I wear it.
Very disappointing.
