My experience with Benefit Creaseless cream eyeshadow:
The regular benefit creaseless cream eyeshadow has a “4.2gm” size whereas this sample eyeshadow has a “3.2gm” size!! This is the reason why I love Benefit Cosmetics kit. The kit is worth your money. I just wish there was the customized kit option available in India too, which Benefit introduced sometime back because I personally think that’s great! Not only does it include a free gift but it also included a free pretty makeup bag! I wish I could order that online but then I don’t want to mess up with my savings going through any customs horror. Anyhow, coming to this eyesadow.
Benefit Cosmetics Creaseless Cream Eyeshadow “Bikini Tini” is described as an oyster pink shade. It’s a gorgeous champagne based eyeshadow with a slight frost finish. I absolutely love the shade.
But.. BUT!
The textureis very, very soft. It’s greasy. When I touch my finger on the eyeshadow on my eyelid while blending it, it leaves a print there. The finish gets patchy. I would have preferred a more solid texture like the Maybelline color tattoo eye shadow “Bad to the Bronze” . The finish can never get irregular with that kind of texture. I even tried working it with a brush but the finish was still patchy and uneven. But since I found the shade so gorgeous, I left the jar open thinking it will dry and get stiff and then, I will be able to work with it. It did get harder, when I checked it out the next day but I could still feel the oiliness. It doesn’t even sets after being applied. I touch it and the eyeshadow transfers to my finger.
If the texture would have been good to work with, I would have said the following-
It brightens up my eyelids beautifully, without any over the top effect. When I wear this shade even with my glasses, my small eyes look nicely noticeable and the brightening effect is very much visible. This eyeshadow will work real nice for fair-medium skin tones.
Anyhow;
I’m very disappointed with this!

In short, Benefit Cosmetics Creaseless Cream Eyeshadow “Bikini Tini” is a gorgeous shade that will work beautifully for fair-medium skin tones. But because of the texture being too emollient for a cream eyeshadow, it’s complicated to work with. Also, because of the greasy feel, I’m afraid that I can’t use it as a base for my eyeshadows either. Too sad because I love this shade!
