Deborah Milano Atomic Red Matte Lipstick “02” Review and Swatch

in Lips, Lipstick on 25/03/13

Hey everyone!

Today I would be reviewing a deep brown shade that would work well on both dark and fair skin tone.

– The texture of this lipstick is soft matte and not flat matte.

– It easily glides on the lips.

– It stays on me for more than 5 hours with slight intensity reduction.

– It makes me teeth look slightly white.

– It doesn’t bleed.

– Ones with dry lips would surely need a balm underneath and after some time of wearing it, a gloss on top of it.

– It accentuates lip lines a little.

– Packaging is a plain black matte casing with a sticker of shade number on top of the cap.

Now, Coming to the part of how to wear dark lipsticks,

Wearing dark lip shades is something I find really tricky. When you are a wearing a dark lipstick, it’s important to have a wash of color on the cheeks too unless you want be really gothic. In this case, I would use highlighter cum bronzer with this dark brown lipstick and simple black winged eyeliner. Also, if you aren’t sure of what shade to wear on cheeks, simply use your lipstick as a cheek stain.

Price: Rs. 595 (from Rs.480!)
