MAC BLOT FILM REVIEW

in Face, Face brushes, Makeup on 30/10/12

MAC BLOT FILM REVIEW:

I like to blot it, blot it; I like to blot it, blot it
I like to blot it, blot it with my; MAC paper!

Okie! I don’t have so much money to buy a MAC product today. On second thoughts, I actually have that much money but then spending on MAC would mean cutting on my clothes and jewellery which seems a little difficult you see!:D
These blotting sheets were gifted to me by my one of my closest friends. Yayeee!! :D/ MAC blotting sheets are meant to be pressed firmly on the skin and then they are supposed to take away the oil from your skin. When you do this, the blue film changes to transparent indicating the oil has been lifted away from the face. I have cut one sheet into two halves since the half sheet is enough for my face and neck. This is cost saving and resource utlilization! 😀 😛
–        They really do lift the oil from the face without spoiling the make-up.
–        These never broke my oily acne or combination acne skin.
–        But the oil returns on my super oily face in summers just after 30 mins or so. But in winters, it keeps oil away for quite a long time.
–        They are very handy to use when I do touch ups since I first blot my face and then touch up using compact since it leads to less clogging of pores.
–        Ouch Ouch Ouch! Big hole in pocket for their quality. The Body Shop ones give the same quality at a much lower price.
Love MAC label? Go ahead and buy them or if you don’t and want the same quality buy The Body Shop ones or you can even use tracing paper though they may be a little thick.
