Mom (after inspecting these products): So?

Me: What ‘so’?

Mom: So, now you’re buying products from a brand that scream the motto of your life!

Me: Whattttt?? The slogans are just for fun!

Mom: *Speaks something in Punjabi that’s beyond understanding*

Me: Relax, mom! These are some new launches and..

Mom: And you are now deciding to declare your feelings to the world by posting a blog about it!

Me: Will you just chill?

Mom: At least, don’t keep these products on your bathroom shelf or anywhere else outside. Keep them inside your cupboard..

Me: Just go, mom!

Mom: *Gives death stare*

Me: Okay ^_^

Story time over! Review time starts!

Happily unmarried face wash dry to normal skin

There are two variants in this face wash available as per skin type: Oily and dry. I chose the one for ‘dry skin’ as I like my face wash to be super gentle. The face wash is gel based and has a very refreshing scent. It lathers decently well and removes all dirt from my face without leaving it parched.

It’s not the most gentle one I have used and can be a bit drying for those with dry skin type. But it works well for my oily skin and without leaving my dry cheeks area drier.

Price: Rs.250 for 100ml

Happily Unmarried ‘Cotton seed and plum’ body lotion

The last thing I want from my body lotion is to stand around being cold while I wait for it to absorb.

It dries real quick and absorbs well into the skin without leaving any residue behind. Since it has a very faint smell, it doesn’t interfere with how my EDT smells. If you have very dry skin, I suggest you to skip this.

Also, bonus points for the pump packaging and hence, preventing me from a painful arm workout!

Price: Rs.350 for 200ml

Happily Unmarried Body mist Not Pink

I’m not too happy with how it smells as I like my fragrance to have a little complexity but it works perfectly fine for everyday usage. At first, this smells a bit weird on my skin. But after a few hours, it turns to a much better smell- Fresh and punchy!

The scent stays for 3-4 hours on my skin which is pretty good given a body mist is not long-lasting like a perfume. Since the bottle is light-weight and not prone to breakage (plastic, not glass), I keep it in my bag to freshen up throughout the day.

Price: Rs.499 for 200ml

Happily Unmarried AC moisturizing cream

This has a gel-cream based consistency and gets absorbed completely and quickly. I really like the light texture. The only reason why I stopped using it is because it has a very strong fragrance which probably caused small bumps on my forehead and chin area. I was using only this new product at that time and as soon as I stopped using it, the bumps were gone.

If your skin is okay with strong perfumed products, give it a try.
