My experience with Sugar arch arrival brow definer 02, Taupe Tom:
Since one can only order online, I was confused between the two shades. I finally went with the Taupe one as it seemed better for my black eyebrows. There were no reviews/swatches to check when I bought it (6-7 months back).
Sugar arch arrival brow definer is double-sided, with a spoolie brush on one side and a pencil on the other. Notice the shape of the eyebrow pencil and you will see that it’s thin and thick on each side, offering you more ease to use it as per your preference.
The texture is just right as it applies without dragging. But I do wish that it was just a tad creamier for winter. A few times, it picked up on the dry skin beneath my eyebrows. That said, it has never smudged, not even in the blistering heat of Delhi.

As for the pigmentation, it has the right amount to make my filled in brows look natural. The pencil has never broken. However, once when I pulled the cap, the outer layering of the eyebrow pencil also popped out. I pushed it back again. Thankfully, that never happened again.

The gaps might be visible to you in macro mode but in person, they are hardly detectable.
Summary:
Sugar arch arrival brow definer 02, Taupe Tom is an awesome choice if you’re on the lookout for an eyebrow pencil that’s high quality as well as affordable. I just wish it was a bit more creamier for the cold weather.
Also, given a choice color-wise, I would choose this over L’oreal brow artist kit. Sometimes, I like to go over with it.
