Blush palettes are especially useful for people who don’t apply makeup often and want a single palette to cover most of their needs. The first blush palette I tried was the Sivanna Ultra Color Blush Palette 03. I was so impressed that I went ahead and bought the other variants too. Previously, I reviewed it in shade 01. Today, I’m reviewing Sivanna Ultra Color Blush Palette 02.

My expereince with Sivanna Ultra Color Blush Palette 02:
Packaging: It is an eight-pan blush palette which comes in a cardboard box packaging. The actual palette has a transparent lid on top allowing you to easily distinguish if you have more than one variant. Also, the plastic doesn’t feel flimsy. I do wish it came with a mirror attached.
Texture: The texture again is overall good. The only shade with which I face difficulty applying is the third one. It’s a cool-toned baby pink which swatches dry. If applied over bare skin, I require more than usual efforts to apply it evenly and blend it properly. Over powdered skin, it’s not much of a problem.
The shades in the bottom row are quite powdery and even with a light hand, they kick up excess product, thereby, making the palette a bit messy.
Pigmentation: All the shades (except for the third one) have a buildable intensity. Some start off as being sheer while some start off with a heavy color pay off. Again, it’s recommended to start with less product as you can build the coverage in layers.
Staying power: The 1st and 6th one stay for the longest on my oily skin. Maybe, an hour more than the rest. On an average, the blushers stay for 5-6 hours on my oily skin with some fading. The baby pink shade (3rd) fades off in a very uneven manner. I don’t see myself reaching for it again.
Shades: All the Sivanna blush palettes have been made in a way that you will find a blush for every skin tone. There will be hits and there will be misses as per your skin tone. Sivanna Ultra Color Blush Palette 02 palette consists of a variety of pink blushes for Indian skin– Peachy pink, hot pink, Dusty pink. Even the cool toned pink blush you see here (1st one) pops beautifully on my warm skin tone.

Summary:
Sivanna Ultra Color Blush Palette 02 is an eight- pan affordable blush palette in India. Consisting of a range of pink blushes for dusky skin as well as fair skin, it’s hard to go wrong with it. Priced at Rs.599, ek toh try karna banta hai 😀
Price: It keeps fluctuating between Rs. 525- Rs.599.
