The concept of MCBB is similar to that of MLBB. Just like a “my lips but better” lipstick can enhance the color of your lips and make your minimal makeup look pulled together, a “my cheeks but better” blush can also do the same for you. When I tried essence silky touch blush natural beauty, I got reminded of the same.
“Natural beauty” is such a pretty nude brown and sits beautifully on my warm complexion. You can easily wear it to work, grocery trips and rely on it when you don’t know what blush to wear with a lipstick you’re wearing. I love teaming this up with the other blushes I own. It has tiny shimmer particles which only end up adding a subtle sheen and do not feel rough. But I do feel that I’ll not be reaching for it in summer as my super oily skin gets enough sheen on its own ๐
The essence silky touch blush comes in a transparent packaging which allows you to see the color without opening it. It also has details mentioned at the back of it. It’s light-weight and you can easily carry it in your purse. The texture is really good! It’s hardly powdery, soft and blends well. The pigmentation is somewhere between light-medium. It takes me 2-3 layers to get the required intensity on my skintone. But the result is worth the effort.
The only average thing I find here is its staying power. Even after wearing it in cold season, it starts fading after 3 hours. My skin produces less oil during this weather and I was expecting it to last more. After 5 hours, it disappears. With a setting spray, it lasts longer but I don’t wear the spray on an everyday basis. In summer, frequent touch-ups will be needed. I have been using it for around 2 months and it hasn’t caused any breakout on my skin.
Summary:
Essence silky touch blush natural beauty is a gorgeous nude brown shade which makes it fit to be a part of your everyday makeup. It’s hard to go wrong with its application as it’s not very pigmented. That said, I think the shade is best suited for pale-fair skin tones. Above that and it will require a lot of layering. Also, it doesn’t stay for very long on oily skin.

I used it many times in winter but since this has a low staying power, I too shall be skipping it in summer.
