Oriflame The One Color Impact Cream Eyeshadow “Rose Gold” Review And Swatches

I was so excited when Oriflame launched these cream eyeshadows! Since I have super oily eyelids, using a similar color base beneath my eyeshadows prevents it from considerable creasing and fading. I instantly ordered 3 shades and here are my thoughts on one of them.

The Oriflame One Color Impact Cream Eye Shadow promises a cream shadow transformer i.e an absolutely stunning shade with a smooth creamy texture that slides easily along your skin, does not cake or smudge but can be spread easily with the help of an applicator or even the pad of your finger. The Oriflame One Color Impact Cream Eye Shadow is said to have a highly pigmented formula which is responsible for the deep, color intensity.

My experience with Oriflame The One Color Impact Cream Eyeshadow “Rose Gold”:

Oriflame cream eyeshadow comes packed in small, light-weight round pot with screw on cap. Identifying a shade is easy because of the transparency. These came sealed with a white sticker which carried other product details.

The eyeshadow has a very smooth texture. The texture is smoother than Maybelline color tattoo eyeshadow but also not oily like Benefit cream eyeshadow, otherwise the application would have been a mess. It applied beautifully and blends easily. I use my fingers itself for applying and blending cream eyeshadows. “Rose gold” is a lovely flesh toned shade with minute shimmers. Regarding the staying power, the maximum it stays on my oily eyelids is for 2 hours with a primer beneath (I used NYX HD eye primer). It did crease in that time period. I like to use it beneath matching eyeshadow to extend the wear time and it works. It helps my eyeshadow stay for longer, delaying creasing.

Used alone and it creased quickly. Layered upon and it works beautifully!:)

All the shades in this range are so gorgeous! I am just waiting for a good price offer on them from Oriflame so that I can buy more shades for a less price. I so wish they had also launched a matte black cream eyeshadow. My life would have been easier! I am bored of the one I’m using now.
