Inglot Freedom System Lipstick “62” Review and Swatches

Holas People! Yesterday night, I had thought of unplugging myself from my laptop atleast for five days. I was so drained and tired. And, today morning, I was assembling the various products and sheets for photographing them! Lol! I have weird energy swings!
I had purchased this lipstick long back ago, before Inglot introduced the freedom system eyeshadows and lipsticks in only square shape. Thanks to them, three of my empty round palettes are going to go waste once I’m over with my lipsticks which are going to happen soon. And, of many others too! I wish they at least had a recycle option, if not refund option for the round palettes. Anyhoo, let’s see how this lipstick is!

Packaging: Inglot freedom system lipsticks come in a plastic casing which can be closed and opened easily and if you don’t have round palettes, you can store them in that plastic casing. I’m going to buy the new square refill lipstick soon and see, if there has been any change in unfriendly packaging with the new increase in their prices.
Texture: The lipstick has a very smooth texture and glides on easily onto the lips. I wouldn’t call it moisturizing but it’s not even drying though in winters I always like to use a lip balm 5 minutes before applying any lipgloss/lipstick.
Shade and Pigmentation: Inglot freedom system lipstick “62” is a subtle peachy brown warm shade. The shade will work nicely for fair-medium skintones as an everyday shade. The pigmentation is very nice. These go opaque in a single swipe only.
Staying Power: It stays on for more than 3 hours on me but after that, it starts to deposit at the edges of the lips which is bothersome for me.
Make-up with it: There are no rules but since this a subtle shade, you can sport light eye makeup or even heavy eye makeup with this. You can choose blush in a co-ordinating shade like peach or simply swipe a highlighter. I love to pair it with a bright eyeliner like “Maxfactor Cobalt Blue eyeliner” and a subtle peachy blush like “Sleek Makeup Blush in Suede

*This lip swatch and the hand swatch above are the most accurate*

Pros:
Inglot brand has its stores and is available online as well.
The shade number is labelled nicely at the back of the lipstick.
The texture is smooth and light.
The pigmentation is very good quality.
It stays on for around 3 hours which is nice for a lighter shade lipstick.
The shade is an everyday wear shade which would be versatile for a lot of skin tones.
Even when worn on its own, it doesn’t wash out the face.
Cons:
            The price hike.
The unfriendly packaging. Lip brush is a must if you don’t apply lipsticks with your fingers (which I do mostly)
            The less quantity.
Also, it tends to gather at the edges of the lips after some hours.
Final Verdict: Inglot Freedom system lipstick “62” is a subtle warm shade for everyday wear. It has got a smooth texture and wears fairly well. Minus the unfriendly packaging and little quantity, I like these freedom system lipsticks quite a lot .

VCB’s Tip : To avoid getting lipstick on your teeth and making others feel like you actually eat lipsticks, put your index finger in your mouth with closed lips and pull it out. The finger will pull out the lipstick on the inside of the lips. I always do this, be it a lipgloss or a lipstick.
