Anyways girls, This Time I have kept two new year resolutions out of which One ‘m all for it to follow and the other is still in doubt.
My First New Year Resolution Is Weight loss!!
I am 57 Kgs now and my height is 5’2. Overweight by 5 kgs!! Eeeks. Although I was overweight by 5 kgs but the additional 2 kgs have been put on by my emotional eating in exams. Yeah! Gluttons just got to have a reason to eat. Though my exams are ending on 6th January 2013, but this time I’m JUST SO MUCH IN THE MOOD that I’m going to stop binging from January 1 only. Yes! I had Enough! I don’t get the feel of wearing my biker jacket anymore, I don’t like my thin bow belts anymore, I don’t like wearing my one piece dresses any more and moreover, I know it’s not a good reason to lose weight, But the dresses which I have seen in the last month have drived my urge to lose weight. But this would only be done by following a good diet and walk and dance daily. Ofcourse by dieting, I don’t want to spoil my hair or skin. I’m not going to buy a single new dress till I reach my target. I would miss parties but won’t go and buy a new dress for myself! I’m all set for it You Pizza And Coke, Bring it on! 😡
My Second New Year Resolution Is Spend In Limits!
I’m thankful to God that a tleast I realize that I always feel the need to shop. I feel really bad. This is not a good habit. When I was in NGO, I used to spend so less because there was always a realization of the reality of many other people around you. This is true for me atleast. I had thought of joining again but with doing my post graduation, I just can’t get the time. I have so much of clothes, jewellery, makeup lying unused or used so less.. Help me! Got Any Realistic Ideas?
In relation with my first resolution, I’m gonna post updates of my activities every three days. Those who want to join me in losing weight, are most welcome. Having a support is always good, You Know! 😀
